About Cathryn

I am a PhD student at Birkbeck (U of London) looking at Interwar modernist literature and non-mammalian metaphorics, supervised by Laura Salisbury and Joanne Winning. I co-organise the Djuna Barnes Research Seminar and a PhD Modern Literature reading group, both listed here on the network under groups. I hope this site will develop into something genuinely useful in terms of seeing what's happening, and meeting one another's projects.

The Birkbeck Institute for Social Research is running a series of seminars next year called 'Building your Research Career' aimed at PhD's and early career academics. We wondered if someone from the Dandelion Editors might be interested in giving one of the seminars to talk about the network - what it does, how it can be useful etc etc. Perhaps someone could email me and let me know?

Thanks
